Questions, answered
What counts as a request?
Anything one engineer can deliver as a single piece of work: a bug fix, a new feature, an integration, a performance improvement. Larger projects are split into smaller requests and worked through in order, so you see progress every few days.
Can you build a product from scratch?
Yes. Most new products are built on the Dedicated plan, and a typical MVP ships in 6–10 weeks. After launch, many clients move to Standard or Priority for ongoing work. For a fixed-scope project, book an intro call and we’ll plan it with you.
What does “turnaround” mean?
The typical time from when we start a request to when it’s ready for your review. Bigger requests are broken into parts, each delivered within that window.
Who owns the code?
You do. Everything lives in your GitHub from day one, and you keep it all if you leave.
How does pausing work?
Pause anytime from your portal. Unused days carry over to when you resume.
What if I’m not happy?
If the first week isn’t what you expected, you get your money back. After that, you can cancel anytime with no contracts.
